Backline is old but there's 13 guys in there currently 22 or younger. Lots of talent will be exposed at a senior level. No point in giving games to guys like Campbell, Hall and Tyson who will all be gone at the end of the year.

He certainly covered the ground a bit better than he had been doing in intras and training. Not just an inside mid from the looks. Everything else rang true though, very good below his knees, makes good decisions and looks to have the skills to back it up. I like what I see

Also hearing how effusive Frog was about him on the coverage suggests he's very highly rated internally by players and coaches alike

Any of Lazzaro/Young/Tyson could come in for Hall and Walker. Dunno what they're going to do with the ruck/2nd forward option and that's the main reason I put in Walker. I know Noble's spoken about playing two rucks, but I don't like the idea of Campbell and Goldy in the same team. If X is fit, who's a better option forward, then I think X could play instead of Walker.

I haven’t seen Dumont in the 5 weeks that I’ve been going. I’d reckon he’d need some solid VFL before he comes in.
