Tried to go unique with Macrae Captain, hopefully he builds into the game.
Grundy getting so much cheap ball, and that free kick to kick the goal was hard to watch. My team is better overall without him though. Cmon English

Tim English has 3 quarters to save himself from being traded out and smacked on to the never again list with a permanent marker.

Dogs such a poor start, they can't be any worse than this. Those with Dunks, don't worry he will build into the game. Those with English, can't see much hope for him this week. He looked good in Marsh but this was always coming against Grundy.

Geez a bit rough to those who went Madgen... looks like those who chose any one of Crisp, Howe, Noble in that Pies backline is licking their lips currently
The only thing that’s keeping me happy about not picking Grundy is that the games could be postponed at any point, was a good chance for an experiment and I didn’t follow the bulk of teams and just kick him in. It’s looking like a pretty big joke after the first quarter especially with how the Spud speakano is performing.
Happy with that pick so far. Got plenty of time in the middle.
Taking solace in these mid priced picks as that was the trade off for no Grundy.

I am not giving him the Grundy cop out because he was schooled by Cox as well. Can't win a hit out, offering nothing around the ground, getting smashed in the air.
Not many sings that he can turn it around.

I’m more than happy to live with the decision to start without Grundy and go with English as a value ruck. One of those calls that either comes up trumps or completely flops, no middle ground. Looking like a flop at this stage but it’s very early days and in any case Pittonet is waiting in the wings. Would free up a lot of cash going English down to him and he could well end up being this year’s ROB.

I knew Grundy was always going to smash English but I didn't think it'd be this brutal. Having Gundy as Captain is being offset by having English as R2. Hand hovering over the delete team button!

Feeling vindicated on skipping the Bulldogs midfielders.
Grundy (c) my only on field player in this one. Almost had Howe for a moment, reckon he's returning to 85+ (or whatever an 85+ is in shortened games)

Bailey Smith racking up in the mids..I picked Petracca as F2 today. Dunks and Crae just chasing the ball but can't get their hands on it
jeez it would be nice if the ball went in the pies defence so madgen could get a touch

Jeez this start of the 3rd round of Marsh cup games is giving me a lot to think about, can't see myself picking Dunks or English for Round 1 now.
