You give Goater first crack. He’s had a great pre season and the learnings will be of huge value. Plus he isn’t too bad in the air. Goater for me please
Gotta learn sometime. Good call l think Duck. Toby only kicks 2 or 3 he's won.

If we can hold Green to 3 goals then l will be happy...Goater gets first crack at him for me...Greenwood in to play on Green is a great call.
However, with absolutely no one to play on Greene, he’ll kick six.
Are you the one who wanted Larkey dropped? At the risk of having this come back to bite me, the way some of you folks in here are hyping up Toby Greene, you'd think he was peak Carey or Ablett.
Yeah, he's good. Yeah, he can burn us.
But he's not someone I'll lose sleep over.
Are you the one who wanted Larkey dropped?
Who?Hey welcome back Teffy!
I’d love to know when, why and how we went from huge optimism throughout the pre-season to abject hopelessness for our R1 game. It’s worth remembering that we performed better in our pre-season games this year than any other time that I can even remember. I mean, sure, we might get flogged - it’s happened before to many of our teams. However, this is the most pessimistic approach to R1, on here, that I’ve ever seen. I’m guessing we’re hedging our bets - in case the worst transpires.
Agree (can get 49.5 on Bet365) however the rain is likely to be gone by game start. Still an attractive line however. The line of 48.5 pt's start seems a little tempting with the prospect of a bit of rain
Not me. Im optimistic. Reckon if all goes right. Midfield pressure, accuracy on goal, defensive unit works in cohesion. We win.I’d love to know when, why and how we went from huge optimism throughout the pre-season to abject hopelessness for our R1 game. Sam McClure has tipped GWS to win by 76 points! There’s incentive right there. Not me. Im optimistic. Reckon if all goes right. Midfield pressure, accuracy on goal, defensive unit works in cohesion. We win.
Sam hasn’t seen one minute of North play in 2024. Guaranteed.Sam McClure has tipped GWS to win by 76 points! Where’s incentive right there.
Pffft the butcher of blacktown. Let him have it and he’ll kick it to us.Not only do we get to play the Giants after they have already played their first game but its also Josh Kelly's 200th game...What else can happen?
I just think you get CCJ to sit on him.If we can hold Green to 3 goals then l will be happy...Goater gets first crack at him for me...

How's the energy around the jointYup.
Technically off-topic as I assume he’s nowhere near being named for this game… but can anyone enlighten me as to where things are at with Brayden George? Was hoping he would be in the mix for the early rounds but hearing donuts.
He needs to build his base, has a lot of work to do before he can be considered for playing a full AFL game. Not sure what his minutes were like in the VFL practice matches but prior to that he was on managed minutes in the intraclubs I think the most he played was a half.Technically off-topic as I assume he’s nowhere near being named for this game… but can anyone enlighten me as to where things are at with Brayden George?
