I need to do 2 trades to get the money seeing that rampe b/e is zero now dont know how he did that, And wait and see crouch plays if that ever happens.neade one is a worry burbury plays this week and then bye few cats comming back shorty and hitchy is injury prone much mmm.

Can you swing Neade up to the mids by DPP and trade him out for K.Martin or Mitchell and get the extra cash for Pendles that way?

yeah maybe too much thinking will lose dpp and one rookie in the mids but they prob will score better than caffer or staker at F6? that might work better sleep on it thanks juddy.

I'd definitely try and get Pendles in that way though as Neades only going South price wise now.

I can only see myself doing the O'Meara > Pendlebury trade next week.

The mistake I made last year was burning alot of my trades through the byes and I was stuffed by finals time with only one trade left.

Had my future JOM trade set for Selwood but I'm now rethinking that. Griffen is making a strong case and a nice POD.

Why do you plan to do so many over the next 3 weeks for mate?

I will of course reassess every week, but plan to upgrade:
Leuenberger > Pendlebury (+25ppg)
Ward > Selwood/Cotchin (+15ppg)
O'Meara > Griffin (+25ppg)
JJK > Nicnat (+15ppg)


I might be skating on thin ice with only 5 trades left, but it would leave me with Goodes/Vlastuin [D6/7], Priddis/kMartin/Mitchell [M8/9/10], Cox/Nicholls [R2/3] and Rockliff/Staker [F6/7] - as complete as my team will get.. With +80 ppg my projected score should be somewhere over 2500 with a full team and if I can pull some of these scores off I might have a chance of finishing top 100..

I can only see myself doing theO'Meara > Pendlebury trade next week.

food for thought.. I guess the conservative approach might win more leagues, but I think with some luck 5 trades over 10 weeks or 1 trade every other week, will hopefully be enough for a shot at overall with some money in the bank..

JJK to NN is my last planned trade, so maybe I'll hold off on that and keep Macaffer for a while which would leave me with 7 trades instead of 5..

My ranking is going plummet this round so will be trading in 3 super premo's with the 440k I have in the bank. Will be attempting to start 18 (or close to it) premo's next week, so hopefully make up the ground I will have lost.

O'Meara goes at the end of Monday night for Pendles then in round 12 M.Jones > Duffield via Goodes to midfield.

B - Goddard, Hanley, H.Shaw, Duffield, Turlich, Vlastuin (L.Brown, Thurlow)

C- Ablett, Pendlesbury, J.Selwood, Swan, Cotchin, Kennedy, Dangerfield, B.Goodes (B.Kennedy, Crouch)

After round 13 I want to upgrade Terlich > Gibbs.

So are you thinking Vlastuin is a keeper? I'm thinking JJK could be a keeper..... They will be late upgrades anyway barring injury. I only really need to upgrade Staker and 1 of Mayes/Macaffer. Macaffer is tempting to hold onto as good bench cover.

I have JJK, K Simpson and Vlastuin who ideally if I had enough trades I'd upgrade them but it won't be the worst thing to hold onto them.

13 trades and 240K in the bank. Next week JOM > Swan and the mids are pretty much done. Maybe a sideways trade of Simpson after the byes to Selwood or Murphy who are really dropping in price. I'll have to wait a few weeks for Staker and Macaffer to top out and if I trade Daw > Nicholls and Lonergan/mayes to Kmart I'll have the cash for those last few upgrades!

Hoping to have 7 trades left in round 15-16 and team pretty much full of premos.

I might look to upgrade Terlich next week. The only rookie I have in other possies is Jaeger and Maccaffer playing for Rockliff. My defense is just horrible on paper.

Caff is the perfect F10 to hang on to all year IMHO. Maybe upgrade him to a fallen premo later in the year if you have luxury trades, but with only 13 left I don't think you will have that luxury.

Yeah I think it will be the plan to hold onto him. With not many trades to splash around if I cop a 2-3 week injury to a premo I will need some decent bench cover! I'm hoping I can get a good forward for Mayes + 200k.

What will Walker be worth? He was 500K but his break even was high wasn't it? Don't think he will go up much even after 148.
