Was too busying fixing a family members Supercoach and forgot to bring in Shenton for one of O'Rourke or Acres.

What are my options now in the midfield? Have a donut if I don't do a trade, so I was thinking JKH > Lennon and then Acres/O'Rourke > Mitchell from Port

I'm gonna leave it. Langford is solid as a D7 compared to what's out there... A rest against GWS and a BE of 42 is better than any downgrade option out there...

That's right. Some people saying he was dropped which is not the case. He's just been managed through his first full season. Keep him fresh. He plays an important role in the Hawks team. I may sideways him for a fallen premo later in the season, trades permitting. But not too fussed if he stays as my D7 all year. I'd rather upgrade/downgrade my Mid & Fwd rookies anyway.

I would have loved to keep him but with Big Boy out and Georgiou and Cutler sitting on my bench I couldn't cop two donuts.

Usually a matter of structure!
Structure was fine. Couldn't have predicted BOTH Cutler and Langford being dropped in the same week.

Agree. I am copping two donuts with Big Boy and Enright/Cutler and Langford all missing this week.

Decided Swan to Fyfe was a better option for my squad and avoided a 0 there.

With no mid rookies mooing I will need to cash in on Langford (For Polec to Pendles). Hopefully Langdon can earn a bit more $ before I trade him out.

Ben Bolton said in an article on AFL.com.au that Langford was dropped and "had to work on a couple of things".

Do you have a source re: managing, or is it an assumption?

I was going off remarks made the last time he was "dropped"

I have planned the following trade for the past week:

Hampson > Minson

I'm starting to second guess myself and instead go:

S.Lloyd > Mundy/Barlow (via Dusty)

- Bringing in Minson, who's playing Freo (Sandi) leaves Ambrose/C.Cameron in F6.
- Bringining in Barlow/Mundy moves Dusty to F6, but keeps Hampson in R1. If Hampson spuds it, then he'll lose a lot of $.

Go for a higher score this round, but risk Hampson losing value? or stick to my guns, trade in Minson and get a shite score from Cameron/Ambrose?
