If Goldy does happen to be out injured, I'll be considering Trent West as my R3/F8, since I don't have Mason Cox.
I think he's lucky to have DPP & probably even lucky to be south of $200k. Averaging 70+ isn't out of the question either. Nor is playing more than he doesn't.
Many rookies picked in the next couple of weeks will sit on your benches all season anyway, so apart from the extra $80k, there isn't a great deal of downside.

Didn't look serious, but he's pretty much finished games with some sort of knock 3 out of the last 5 weeks. I'm unsure if he's gonna get to the round-15 bye without a rest.

Agreed. Just one more spot to fill in my defence and it was always set aside for McVeigh. I would have preferred to upgrade elsewhere first but his price and good scoring looks like forcing my hand.

Surely if he was going to get a rest it would of been against Essendon? Outside of next week against Richmond I don't see why North would rest Goldstein before the byes unless he really can't play North have Cats, Hawks and Adelaide at AO I don't see them resting him against them as they are all games they could drop.
