Mid-season recruits Jacob Blight and Campbell Gray have been allocated guernsey numbers 51 and 52 respectively, but will wear numbers 40 and 46 for tomorrow’s match.

The VFL side returns to action on Friday night against Port Melbourne who currently sit 13th on the ladder with a 3-6 record, but they're coming off 10 goal win against Williamstown in their last game.

The Tigers side will see the first game for Cat B Rookie Oliver Hayes-Brown who has been recalled from the VAFA after a string of strong performances at the level, while Kaleb Smith returns after being omitted from the AFL side this week. Jacob Koschitzke also goes out of the side.

Morris has done an amazing job coaching the vfl side. With players coming back I would expect the Tigers to go deep into the finals. Morris then would have to come onto the coaching radar for a afl spot soon
