One to watch for Melbourne: Dom Tyson

The young Melbourne inside midfielder was best on ground in last weeks loss to Hawthorn with 32 disposals, 3 marks along with 9 clearances, 6 inside 50s and a goal. The ex-Giant is having a fine season for Melbourne averaging over 24 disposals and 4 clearances per game and forms a dangerous midfield combination alongside Jack Viney and Nathan Jones in the center.

Dom Tyson was BOG last week for the Demons against the Hawks 32 disposals and 9 clearances

One to watch for Collingwood: Jordan De Goey

In what's been a disappointing 2016 season so far for Collingwood, the 20 year old Jordan De Goey has been the Pies best young player playing every game so far and averaging a career high 19 disposals, 4 marks, 4 clearances along with 8 goals for the season heading into Round 12. The young Pie utility will need to be at his best again to give Collingwood a chance of beating Melbourne on Queens Birthday.

Jordan De Goey is an impressive young player for Collingwood continuing to get better with each game

Melbourne have more scoring options otherwise they're both pretty even teams.

However with Melbourne, when the head says they'll win, they usually lose. So I'm guessing Collingwood's midfield will play a blinder and Melbourne will find a way to lose.

Almost a mid season final this one.

Melbourne win it, they are on track and on a steady upwards trajectory.

Collingwood win, they are not done with.

Melbourne lose, questions get asked about the development etc.

Collingwood lose and there is less chance Cloke can get back, stick with Cox. Then, does Swanny come back or do they rebuild without two past guns?
