Absolute debacle of a second quarter.

We actually had more scoring shots than they did (7-6), only we kicked 2.5 to their 6.0.

We are leading i50, clearances, scoring shots, contested possession and disposals but still are losing because we are so ******* wasteful in front of goal. Wright being the chief culprit.

We are going at 44.3% for the year and we have showed no signs of improvement.
Everything in our fwd line is rushed and largely under pressure

Our backline does not crowd and pressure like others. Hence high conversion rates are a regular feature.
Not helped by being late to the contest, late to react and late to take the space away.

Because we haven't included any specialist small forwards into the side. They probably need to give Wanganeen some games and maybe Waterman or Smith back in up forward.
Wanganeen has an injured ankle. Smith has had surgery on his knee and is out of action indefinitely. Waterman is not really a specialist small forward - he's just short. Walla retired. Menzie only drafted a couple of weeks ago and has no idea how to play in this side yet (D'Ambrosio came from Richmond so it's more similar, less to teach). Snelling is your available specialist small, and he's underdone. Guelfi and Hobbs are what we've got, not the best position for either of them, and with others rotating out of the midfield.
