At least Zerrett is playing! I'm back at square one. Not sure, but I'm filthy about it.Wait OMG!!!!! I traded him to Zerrett last week.
From memory he's much better by foot than Priddis (slow up and under, little chance of kicking a goal from outside 30m) Thompson is capable of a decent drop punt.
Either way, both clubs have better options that should be explored and games pumped into that better option.

God my team looks awful this week though... Mountford playing on-field, Ablett sitting on the bench at $673,000, Daniel Lloyd and Buzza both playing on-field in my forward line... No bench cover in the midfield or forwards, so I'm one late out away from a donut.
Currently ranked 134 but it will be a miracle if I'm still inside the top 500 by round's end.

Greenwood out frustrating, but with a bit of DPP magic I've gone Nank to F6, Darcy to R2 and Buzza to R4 and still have bench cover for all lines.

Beech and Scooter out gives me 806k to get either two mids or a mid and a forward. At the moment I have Buzza on field which is concerning, but if I go for a premo forward then I have Mountford on field in midfield unless Greenwood is a late in.
Thoughts?

Beech > K. Jack
pockets me 180k, has Karpany starting on the field for one week and then upgrade Greenwood to a premo next week. Also attractive as it gives me Jack starting over Buzza who I think he'll outscore. Also avoids bringing in a dead wood rookie. If Karpany can make me 50-100k I'll be happy and can cull him to a bottom pricer.

Buzza gracing F6 for me too as Tom Phillips is out (after finding form hitting 106 last week)
Bringing in Witherden for Barret (Witherden to defence filling the on field hole left by Marchbank now means Jarrod Berry sits at M8, up from the bench. Play well son.
Not much fun when you have a handful of red dots as forced trades. I had Greenwood onfield so he's now on bench. Bench cash Taranto finally cashed in for Jake Lloyd.
My side is so messed up with DPP's all over the place that I didn't bother to sort by price this week.
I spent half an hour on the Taranto to Lloyd trade, contemplating Sloane who, with Thompson doing the in and under will likely go huge now that I didn't pick him (break even 144? or so, that's why the avoidance) Went with Lloyd to move him to my backline next week.

Well good to know I'm not alone! Not that I'd wish my mess on anyone, but it sounds like there's a few in our situation this week.
Interesting point on Sloane, I guess if he goes huge due to Thompson's presence he'll bottom out in price (unless he goes crazy huge but even then won't go up much) and be a good pickup for you next week if Thompson holds his spot for a few weeks. I know he's a rollercoaster ride but a bloke who can pump out 130+ scores has to be at least considered at only $550k. People were paying $700+ for him not that long ago.
