Already have Neale.

My mid is:

Dangerfield
Rockliff
Mitchell
Neale
Abblett (Priddis now)
Zaharakis (Hall now)
Scully
Jansen (needs to be upgraded)

pendles or steven would look nice in there if you can afford them.
I'm not sold on priddis as he scores the bare minimum to afford premo status most of the time.

Is this crazy? I'm trying to do something a little bit high risk, high reward I think but...

Ablett > Brad Crouch, Kerridge > Hall.

Ah struggling this week Crouch seems the less picked option out of him and Gaff, and at least crouch lays tackles?

Also ditching Kerridge this week. High B.E so will become less valuable to me.

Struggling over which defender to bring in. Can bring in anyone.
Grimes went 140, anyone jumping on whilst the price is low? 80k cheaper than Boyd...

Edit, went Kerridge to Markov (bench)

Jess Joyce to Boyd in a massive defence upgrade as Joyce was on my field last week delivering a whopping 21 whilst both my def bench outscored him. SSSssseeeeeeeyaaa!

Still 248k in the bank to remove Wingard or Petracca next week > premium.

Trades this week are as follows:

Wingard > Clay Smith
Ablett > Sloane

Not really improving my team, but getting rid of Wingard for Clay Smith allows me to have Sloane and enough to upgrade Collins/Ruggles to a premium defender next week.

It does mean that clay smith/Menadue is starting at f6 though this week.

Learnt my lesson with on-field downgrades last year - avoid if at all possible!

I like it and was considering similar too. Crouch will have a good run to the end of the year and has been building better form the last few weeks AND you save $100k over other premo's to upgrade elsewhere. Also interesting is that he has only been having about 70% TOG which i would expect to increase a bit (probably only to 80% or so, same as sloane) as his match fitness increases.

Still pretty risky compared to other premo's though

Need to take risks at this point. Sitting around 3070 in the rankings and want to at a minimum finish top 1k. Need some kind of edge.

Think i'm going to go for it.

if you getting rid of wingard how many rookies are you starting in your best 22

Menzel to Clay Smith
Trengove to Goldy

I'd like to thank J Trengove for his contribution this season he's been a fantastic servant for my fantasy team and I wish him well in future endeavors.
Agreed!

Moving him on this week most likely after pocketing a nice $150K.

Hall, a very interesting prospect. With Prestia out, will he get a lot of the pill? I know a ton of people are bringing him in this week, but is it more risky than it seems?

Schmidt2003 What trades did you settle on mate?

I've decided to move on Mills purely for the fact that all my rookies haven't made any money. Smith, Castagna, Markov are good downgrade options but just too expensive for me.

This week:
Currie - Naismith
Mills - JJ

Johannisen was on track for 3x 100+ scores out of his first four games before he got injured. I think he's under priced and has a great run to finish the season - loads of games at Etihad.

Don't want to part with Mills but this will give me 22 premiums on the field. The following weeks will be luxury upgrades and fixing up my bench rookies.

If Wells is named then:
Ablett --> Sloane
Kerridge --> R. Gray

Means Currie to Naismith gets pushed back another week and I will miss out on Markov but I've got Silvagni and Hams as my fwd rookies and its not worth a downgrade / sideways from either of them.

If Wells not named then I may get rid of him instead of Kerridge

Was hoping to bring Naismith in this week but I'll have to hold off a week for the better good of team, I can't see him jumping up in value a whole heap after one game anyways.

Unfortunately Garry is getting traded out (for the second time this year :(), I'll be bring in Zac Merrett for him. Yes I may be about 15 weeks late but It's better late than never, I'll DPP him straight into my forward line which is still really needing work so this is a good opportunity to give it a much needed bolster.

Kerridge is past his used by date I feel so I just cannot afford to keep him in my team for another week, can't afford to have a player lost cash and drag my score down. I'll be swapping him to Oleg Markov after his super debut. This will leave me with 200k in the kitty for next week.

So in a nutshell all things still going well tomorrow I'll be going:

Garry Ablett -> Zac Merrett
Sam Kerridge -> Oleg Markov

-204k left to play with.

Bartel & Conca out I have had to restructure my trades:

Kerridge > C. Smith
Conca > L. Hodge

Leaves me 113k next week to go:
Harwood > castagna

THen either the downgrade of Currie or make an upgrade

Have adjusted my trade thoughts a bit, looking to go fairly unique. Now thinking of going Gablett > S.Coniglio then going Wingard > T.Lynch (ADE). Both Conig and Lynch have an awesome fixture coming up and should have a good chance to score freely. If I go Gablett to Conig I only have 79k to play with so that Wingard trade is the best I can come up with. Peoples thoughts? Bit of a risky move but could have great return.
