Yep, it’s been happening all season. Drop the 21 yo and play the 30 yo. Everything that has happened this year is self inflicted. This Hawthorn game is the end result.

After that article by that stats guy saying Pies have better defense than 2023.... the Pies have lost almost all the game since then and have looked like a bottom 2 team.

Injuries are a factor, but also they literally stopped playing like their old selves it's like a team started experimenting with new system and it looks awful... and stats show it too.

Thanks for 2023 but 2024 has just not been our year. Too many injuries. Too many players not able to improve on last year and too many players gone backwards.
Hopefully a good preseason and a healthy list gives us a good shot in 2025.
