Geelong kicked two back to back goals and regained some ascendancy.
We're better in the general contest but hitting targets still a problem.

We were better in general play that quarter but were sloppy while Geelong took opportunistic chances. The last kick from half-forward into the 50 hasn't been good all day.

Reeves was a big reason we equalised the contest, dominating both rucks. Gets involved with good handballs at ground level but wish he took more marks.
I love what Serong is doing. Gets unfairly treated IMO but I am bias.
Phillips was solid but dropped a few he could have taken.
Maginness racking it up playing as a half-back.
Seamus was tough but feels like he's playing within himself a bit? Great defensive efforts but not using his jets.
Gunston was well beaten by O'Sullivan, doesn't seem to be moving all that well.

Gunners cooked. Sad to watch.

Seamus and Body good for mine. Butler had patches def looks like he’s lifted a level.

No one else really putting their hand up.

Need to lift big time.

It Is pointless criticising umpires. Of course they will make mistakes. The reality is we have played poorly and Geelong deserve their lead.
Let’s hope Box Hill can lift in the second half. They are better than what they have shown in the first half.
