Can't agree. I watched the replay
His demeanour showed his level of confidence. His support of his team mates. Picked up SPP, confidently moved with the ball. Kid looked amazing.

Perhaps go back and watch Damgers first game

Why the **** would I do that??

One funny moment with Moraes was when he was tip toeing around in the forward 50, when Rozee was about to line up for a shot, trying to sneak away from his man 😂.

He was fine, no way would I say amazing and it’s hard to tell against such unaccountable opposition.

Because Dangerfield looked lost in his debut.

Nothing wrong with Moraes. That's why we disagree

Why aren't they attacking Heeney for grand finals, or Daicos for the same reasons a poster attacked Rozee earlier. All superstars fwiw.

Rozee is one of the most skilled players I've seen in a Port jumper. Could average 30 and a goal in the modern era. He doesn't need a hard edge in the media and he doesn't need to please die hard fans.

You’re right, he doesn’t need a hard edge in the media.

He needs it on the field, leading from the front by actions when the heat is truly on, not shrinking and looking mentally defeated before the ball is bounced like the Geelong QF last year.

Until then, he isn’t proven and he won’t be able to change the narrative until that moment arrives again. Price you pay for shitting the bed in finals is you have to wait another 12 months to atone for it, and nobody cares what you do in the meantime.

Not sure what part of this you’re not getting, go hand out some more encouragement awards.

Our play on and handball style will get scored on, when we turn it over against better sides.

Such as Collingwood last week.

That's where composure and training under pressure at 100% speed are useful to get the players mentally up to the speed of the game, know where there teammates will be, where the opposition are and will be, and to get the ball out at speed and on target to the right option before your team mate has even given you the ball.

Well no, we disagree because you say amazing, I say simply ‘fine’.

And as usual you'd be wrong. Rozee doesn't just need us to be rid of Ken, he needs a massive overhaul of his own attitude.

It's hard to blame the guy too much, his attitude reflects the attitude of the only influences he's ever known, but while he's our captain, we are a 0% chance of winning a flag without a huge attitude adjustment. He needs to be Josh Carr's #1 priority fix up job next year. He's got the talent.
The only influences he’s ever known? You mean like Josh Carr who was his coach at North Adelaide? Rozee had 39 disposals, kicked a couple of goals, kept his team going when we ended up playing our sub from the first quarter. Jones and Burton obviously injured in the second half but didn’t drop their heads. He was a good captain yesterday deserves credit for how he lead.

Watched him closely.

If Richmond weren’t playing so poorly he wouldn’t have got anywhere near it.

Was good for him to get his confidence up though.

dafuq did you want the kid to do? Dude probably weighs 65-70kg and isnt an inside player was always an outside wingman.

Lost?
Provided an outside marking option which is his role with 6 uncontested marks. Tick
Use the ball well by hand and foot going at 94% and 0 turnovers. Tick
Get around the play and chase with 11 pressure acts. Tick
If he was lost he probably would of got less than 10 touches especially with only 85/130mins of gametime.

In his debut announcement video he did look a bit lost but maybe thats his demeanour. Cant knock him for a solid first up game.

Adding you to the list of rational based Port supporters.

Kid was outstanding

Could you imagine if the AFLW players started professing their love and how much of a great mother Arnell is to them and their teammates.

I think I would die of laughter.

It just shows you how insane those fatherly love comments are and how far away from winning we are. Bon Voyage Hinkley.
When Lauren Arnell announced her pregnancy to the team, it was announced as the players all getting a new little sister.

Even managed to thank the fans and didn't profess her love for Lauren Arnell and reference her motherly traits
Arnell is 38 years old, Cuthbertson is 34. Try seeing how the 18/19 year old girls talk about their relationship with Arnell.

Meanwhile, Hinkley is significantly older than even Travis Boak.

It was no surprise Port Adelaide came out firing against Richmond after an absolute howler in Round 1 against Collingwood, and the home side trounced the young Tigers — particularly at clearances — to square their 2025 ledger at 1-1. The Power had their hands on the footy all afternoon, ultimately staging the all-time highest disposal differential in a match (+180). It was a day of celebration, too, as Travis Boak played his 393rd game to move past Russell Ebert as Port’s all-time games record-holder. The lone sour note was marquee off-season recruit Jack Lukosius exiting the game injured just minutes into the contest. He is expected to miss a significant stint with a kneecap ailment.

In the votes
Skipper Connor Rozee finished with two goals from his 39 disposals in an industrious performance, with the 25-year-old one of five players to accrue 30 or more disposals, and one of three players to accumulate a dozen score involvements. Ollie Wines (33 disposals), Jase Burgoyne (32 and two goals), Kane Farrell (31) and Jackson Mead (30) were the others, while Boak lodged 28 possessions and six marks on his milestone day. The Power also had five multiple goalkickers, with Mitch Georgiades (four from six scoring shots), Willie Rioli and Sam Powell-Pepper (three majors each) leading the way in scoring.

Room for improvement

Despite registering 8.7 (55) from stoppages in the first half alone, the Power wound up losing the total clearance count 36-40, as well as the stoppage clearance count 10-18.

Grade A

I was giving it to Jones last week. This week I didn't see him drop the ball once, save for one moment i remember of him not being able to gather a loose ball.

Thought DBJ was good - involved in a lot of scoring plays. A bit hard to separate the downhill skiers from the guys making good plays though. Sinn v.good too.

Some of JHF's body language and behavior brought shame upon his famiry.
