I’m making my way to Marvelous Stadium and I am a bit reluctant to be honest. Watching us succumb to the Saints could have the unsavoury effect of dulling my enthusiasm for the rest of the season completely by round 2. ‘Giving them another chance’, will ring a bit hollow if they don’t rebound with intensity.

The problem is if we (Saints) win this then Essendon fans will spiral into depression and despair. Then they will go after me for trolling. If we lose this then it makes me look like a real dill coming on and dissing the Dons only top see them smash us. So I am going to timidly suggest that Saints are better than Essendon fans rate them so win lose or draw you still have prospects this season - you just need to get your act together. Go Saints.

If St Kilda come out with an unsociable game plan and pressure the hell out of us it is there for the taking. I just don't think they are coached that way or have the ticker to do it so we might get over the line.

First 5 minutes of the GWS game told me everything. We'll see what happens here.
