Had two of my premiums in last nights game and it came up with some bad results. Adcock only scored 52 points! Murphy was solid with 115 points. Really pissed because I followed the advice of some of the posters here and traded Judd and then he scored 136 points. Chapman better have a good game.

Edit: Drat, Gray's not playing again for Port. I'm still stuck with him as I couldn't get online on the Thursday/Friday before round 1 started to trade him out. Was hoping he'd be back for round 2! The other one I'm stuck with for same reason is Ledger for Saints, but at least he's on interchange for this round.

Heading into last night projected score was 251 from Golby Scotland & Robinson. Ended the night with 249 so despite Golby stinking it up somewhat I'll still take his score given he was playing a shut down role last night. I'm going to back him to get back to pre season form in the next couple of weeks.

I suppose i am fairly happy with my team even though considering only scored 2079 last week, but had Bugg & Kennedy on the pine and played
Ellis,Morris,Lake,Broughton

In The foward line the mistake was smedts instead of Kennedy, I have done ok with the rookies i suppose with
Ellis,Morris,Magner,McDonald,Sheil,Clifton,Giles,Redden,Stephenson,Kennedy,Smith,Hall,Smedts.

I was always thinking that i wouldnt want to trade unless i have the Rookies all wrong but am now re considering and will wait until after R2 to see how things pan out.

Will consider downgrading Lake to Mohr before the price rise if mohr scores 70+ and Lake below 70

Clifton has again not been named in the seniors (is there something wrong here that im not aware of) All pre season everybody mentioned he was the mature body along with McDonald that would play all games - yet no mention

Considering Clifton out Smith in.

Thoughts please as im only considering these changes so i sont miss out on a potential player that could be a keeper and not have to upgrade.

My Goal is to win my leagues and try to be in the top 1000 at the end of the season.

"Stuck" with Ledger?
He was named HF for Round 1 and did not play for some bizarre reason, but I think he will be a great pick up. Plays a lot like Joey Montagna.

Names on the interchange this week. He was used as the sub a lot last year so I think he will move on from that position this year (kind of like how Gaff has done at West Coast).

Pretty happy with last week, scored a touch over 2200 and ranked top 3000.

Took a couple of risks/mid priced players like Josh Kennedy (swans) as my 4th mid, Duffield, JGrimes, and Tippett. Also carrying no legit 2nd ruck at this stage running with Cox and Giles.

SCG games are traditionally low scoring so could be in a bit of trouble. Have Fyfe, Duffield, Goodes, and Kennedy involved in the match. Had no one in the Carlto/Brisbane game.

The rookies in my 22 this week are Bugg, Ellis, Magner, Coniglio, Giles, AKennedy, and Devon Smith. I dont believe in trading after round 1 but may look to it after round 2 assessing players both hot and cold given the up coming price changes.

Hope so. Not only for a downgrade target but also because i hope Freo have learnt from last year with their injuries. They rushed back too many players too early. Barlow should be sub to be safe.
