A lot of players should be embarrassed by that performance
Credit to Doggies, good pressure from them but so many of our players were simply not good enough today and they should be dropped to send the message

Martin, Rance our only acceptable players today. Cotchin was decent without being great. Many players had their colours well and truly lowered by a younger team. Could be a very costly loss.

Doggies way too good for us...outsmarted us, piled the pressure on to cause turnovers, read our play well
Amazing what a difference a good coach makes to a team...the dogs are- were a bottom 4 team ...enter new coach with a great game plan and they now look a hell of a lot better

1-1 for us with Bris Vegas to come at the Gabba...oh no!

I'll put this here as well.

Lack of speed all over the ground killed us on the outside. A lot of this was lost at the selection table - Petterd in for Edwards? Lambert in for Deledio? Effectively left Ellis and Grigg to be our outside game. Ellis is more than capable, but Grigg is not. So, without Deledio and Edwards in the side, Ellis gets all the attention. Terrible selections. Knights isn't quick but his kicking could have helped with the Dogs press. We did just okay on the inside; the ball was against us today and didn't bounce our way but we got destroyed with speed on the outside. I must admit, the umpires did their best to keep us in it. Slaughtered the Dogs.

Grimes got destroyed by Dickson. Dickson is a hack. Astbury needs to come back and Grimes needs to be dropped. Simple equation.

Our decision making and kicking into F50 was disgraceful. A product of Deledio being out. We can't expect McIntosh (who battled and should retain his spot) and Hunt to step up like they did last week on any kind of regular basis. I thought Jack did well, considering his service - he shouldn't miss those shots though. The rest of the forward line got it ******* handed to them though; Lloyd - whom I've never rated and continue to not rate - is absolutely worthless on the deck. He applies no pressure, is slow and can't crumb. All his goals are lead-up chest marks. He is one dimensional and will bob up for his three once every 6 weeks but doesn't provide enough week to week to be in the side. Morris didn't have any impact on the game at all. Not sure if any of Hardwick's experiments have worked and I'm not sure this one is either. Put him in the back pocket for God's sakes, he may have stopped Dickson from kicking 4.

Not often a critic of Hardwick but the selections and inability to contain Bontempelli, Murphy and Dickson throughout the match are on him. We played like shit, no doubt - but our team was set up to.

Hardwick won't drop battlers mate.

This side should of had McDonough, Lennon etc in it. But yet again we persist with below average players with below average skills under pressure.

His game plan is easy to work out and has no plan b. When sides put pressure on us we crumble under him.

He's a disaster and if we continue with him we will miss the chance to be a contender Whilst our good core is around.
