Public reserve is sold out completely, the only tickets are the extras sold from afl reserve and mcc reserve to club members that I saw MCC post on X(twitter). It’ll be 85-90k.

Yes the only tickets available are in Q36 (I just did this right now 10.15am). Not sure about MCC as they allow walk up for a select amount but for AFL members if you haven't got your ticket yet this is your last chance. Need to select club members and then input your barcode which will then display Q36
