SEN mentioned Titch is in a little doubt

Titch is being managed, based off reports that he left a training session last week earlier than others. Having him miss wouldn't be a total surprise. We could give another VFL-er a go. Without Prestia, Titch, Houli, Conca, will be a reasonable test of our defensive mid pressure.

In terms of disposals, K-Mac's disposal efficiency is at 80 per cent, compared to say Pendlebury at 25 and Sidebottom at 11 per cent respectively, according to Huddo.
One of Geelong's tactics last week was to move Henry from defence to the forward line.
He played in defence when they lost to the Camry Crows (round 17).
I guess we would look at rounds 17 and 18 in terms of planning.
Geelong was fortunate to defeat Melbourne of course.
Kelly is one of their most dangerous players.

You forgot the best of them all in Graham. When/if he's back, our midfield will be tuned and ready to rock.

This is absolutely my most exciting game for the year, not because its the cats, but this will be my daughters and I first game attending together since she decided between us and her mothers team.

Thank you Dusty for swaying her our way as, as a father, this will be one of my proudest moments. Flying down with my little girl, hotel booked and her tiger outfit already layed out.

Bring it on.

I wouldn't be so keen to jump back on the Moore bandwagon yet after 1 game back in the 2s, even if he played well, it was a shellacking and I would prefer he backed it up with 2 good games then bring him in for the Suns game with some consistency behind him, if he us good enough he will get back in but I wouldn't be risking yet against the cats .

we need runners and on ballers as our speed, spread and run will beat them not tall marking forwards.

Hope you both enjoy it....#Morro'sMatch......;)

Be a good test of depth if Titch, Graham and Prestia all miss. Baker stays. Is Houli a chance to come back in? Need some more grunt. Not sure who else comes in. Get the feeling Nank will rest v GC

I reckon Lloyd makes the transition from VFL best. Followed by Miles

Agree. But there is a bigger picture here. Game style and future prospects. I can see the logic of playing CEllis and saying 'go for it kid. No role playing here, you're in the fire now'. And see what happens.

Miles and Lloyd are more certain players. But perhaps more limited. And if one or the other or both is/are going anyway then why play them?

Anyway, we'll see. I'd be happy with any of them getting a gig. IMHO all we need is someone that can play in the guts, all those guys can.

Some yes, some no. You know how it goes.

I'm one that says yes.
Ill take that as an invite.

Last 2 matches between the two clubs has followed a similar pattern to Tigers v Pies and others for that matter.

That is competitive till around 3 qtr time only to be blown away last qtr.

In the qualifying final was level from memory half way through third until Tigers put foot to the floor. Geelong improved a little in the early season game this year being with Tigers start of last quarter until Tigers went away to win by 4 goals.

Tigers clearly are the more balanced side with less weaknesses though i feel Cats are slowly getting better.

More on line for Geelong than Richmond.
Lose and finals at risk. Win and top 4 not out of the equation

Stewart is just if not bigger out for you than Prestia is for us.

Who replaces him? Any other changes forecast this week?

Yes Stewart provides run off the backline which Geelong needs to take game up to tigers. If it becomes defensive you win simple as that.

Possibly Murdoch replaces which sums up Geelongs limitations currently.

Stewart on tv last night saying may yet be right
