They have been okay but its like that kick from Guelfi there. Take the short options that are available. They aren’t pressuring him to kick long, that is just a stupid decision.
I think you're right though to an extent. The boys look exhausted, and I'm sure the last month has taken a fair bit out of the tank. When you have four Port players running straight past Essendon players in transition through the corridor, it makes it easier to defend us. There hasn't been any breakaway runs from defence though because Port are well disciplined behind the ball.
