Pressure was pretty good, we seem to get confused where to run in defensive transition though.
Our forward 50 entries are weird. We obviously want to get it in there quick, but we kick to weird contests we are unlikely to win

QT time thoughts - Jye Menzie is such a classic modern Essendon player. Not tall, not quick, not skillful, not strong. I always say “Coreyyyy Dell’ollio” in my head whenever he gets it. And that little blonde ****wit of an umpire is back to ream us nonstop I see.

Our defence has been pretty poor, but at least our attack has been good which is the area we've struggled in the last couple of months.

Really like what I'm seeing from Roberts. Belongs at AFL level.

Looking much better today.
Swap Menzie for Kako and we've probably got a couple more goals.

Roberts doesn't look fazed by the pressure. Impressive so far. No surprise we're locking it forward for longer without Wright. Stringer playing like someone's put the acid on him, but I still don't trust him to do it week-in-week-out.

Good quarter. Archie impressive. Good to see Martin on a wing and Duursma on the other. Jones and Cox in key positions.

Everything Menzie tried and did that quarter Hind could have done better. Just don’t get it.
