Look the 3rd qtr robbed us of momentum, but it’s no excuse to roll over & be weak campaigners like we are now. Thks corresponding game broke our backs last year & it looks like it will again tonight. Like to be wrong, but we’re just not well drilled.

we have made miminal progress

you are right. almost identical position last year and we let the exact same thing happen. to the exact same team.

It's a sad sight.

our season is over er and it will be just like lasts we will fold like a pack of cards because when it gets tough we crumble...very very disappointing and PATHETIC...!!!

sorry mate

but it's just delusional if you think umpires cost us this.

Just excuse making.
yeah the 3 goal turnaround based off of missed free kicks when the game was very evenly poised didn't cost us anything.

it's okay to be contrarian, but don't posit yourself as some paragon of intelligence because you can interpret stats in some way.

Can we stop persisting with Peter Wright. He can't stick any where near enough marks. Can't kick 20m directly in front let alone 60m in front.

Collingwood are going to torch us!

No mate. This has been massively influenced by the standard of umpiring. Momentum in footy is a real thing and it was shifted by pivotal decisions and then every attempt we made to shift momentum back we were denied by awful decisions and non-decisions. I don’t usually put losses down to the umpiring but this is an outlier. They killed a great contest in the 3rd qtr.

If we were a great team we might’ve found another gear but we aren’t that yet. We need to be in the contest to win and we were taken out of the contest by a third party.

right ok. sure.

Essendon robbed. rofl

never our own fault.

Literally the same reasons why we lose are the same across the whole season, but yeah umps got us.

lol.

right.
you're more than welcome to watch the replay and see how the games momentum changes based off the umpiring decisions. a lot could be said about draper's arm chop free kick being missed, but getting gifted multiple f50 free kicks that wouldn't be called in U12s football will demoralise any team
