Jelwood + Witho > Dusty + Junker maybe (held off bringing Dusty in this week after Selwood carked it). Need to check but will hopefully be able to loop my absolute arse off.

So stuck with options. Up against 1st in my 2nd stage final im all my leagues (rough end of the stick). Do I go all out on my last 2 trades or hope that i win and keep one trade for the next stage?
My options are to ditch jelwood for fyfe or Duncan?
And Whitfield for gwan via dpp of players? I believe my love with Whitfield has finally come to an end. Cash leagues and both of my opponents have fyfe...

Looks like your proposed trades are necessary, can't be fielding any of those rookie forwards in a final. Fyfe for mine. It's a shame you won't be able to loop Newman and Ryan, guess you just have to take a punt.

Scraped through my elimination final by 15 points, now can finally trade Pendles to anyone (TMitch probably). Other trade might be a downgrade to free up cash for next week. For the record I have 11 trades and a rubbish team because I went travelling mid-season and gave up on SC for a couple of months. Mostly just trying to build a good squad for round 23 chaos and see how I can fare in the round rankings.

I won all my league games so into the prelim for all meaning I have no head to head games. With Selwood done for the year and me not needing any points for this week, would you wait the extra week to trade him or just get rid of him this week?

Wait, you'd be spewing if the guy you pick up this week gets injured or suspended too.
Unless you are aiming for a good overall ranking too of course...

I know, and who would have thought that Ryan would go back to back.

Agreed, lost my qualifying final by playing Jake Lloyd instead of Luke Ryan -
Any Freo fans think he'll outscore Lloyd again, tempted to put him on the field if he can go over 100 again.

Admittedly with Walters out, Mundy and Ryan and maybe josh hill are the only freo players left that have a decent kick on them...

Witherden > Allison

And either
Newman > Hurley
or
Ebert > Titch

Will likely do the trade I don't do the week after barring any injuries/suspensions. Surely Ebert to Titch nets me more points this week?

Can cover Witherden with Scharenberg
Can cover Jelwood with Danger coming back
Greene comes back which leaves Greenwood at F7, although he deserves a starting spot.
Rucks are healthy with Darcy hopefully back in R3 this week.

Can not cover Merrett if he gets a week unless JPK returns.
One trade left - may need to use it on Jelwood to Titch if this happens.
Actually if needed Ive worked out a much better alternative plan (with $300k alongside my single remaining trade).
Witherden out means Adams back to D, leaves a mid spot for either Titch (keeping Jelwood as a backup in a fortnight maybe), or Macrae which would give me an extra dp move which would be valuable for lining up loopholes and covering any outs in future weeks (with no trades).

Jelwood wont be back

Tom Hawkins - 2 weeks (impacted by bad record)
Brodie Grundy - 2 weeks
Zach Merrett - 1 week
Shane Mumford - 1 week
Mitch Duncan - 1 week

well, **** it. Great for the tiges, but ****** for my sc team.

30th and final trade locked in: Grundy >> Gawn.
