Why mention his experience? Does the opposition go easy on him because he's young?

Because we've seen time and time again that up to about 50 games kids are still inconsistent and learning the role. His improvement is still coming along nicely. He's still learning but is clearly in our best 2-3 wingers. He's not getting knocked out of the team anytime soon

It’s definitely a psychological issue with our team. When we play on instinct we kick goals, but give them time to think in a set shot and they spray it.
