Its a new forward line particularly with stanley up there the chemistry isnt really there but it looks ok in patches.

Playing him in the ruck, forward, wing everywhere he isn't meant to be, no consistency to his year. He is still too young for that shit.

This is great to watch. Regardless of the result you can see some promise for the future. Loving the starts of Conway, Dempsey, Bowes, Holmes and Knevitt.

Liking what I'm seeing a lot. A couple of teething issues, but that's to be expected with such an influx of players who haven't played together often.

Neale, Conway & Dempsey showing a lot of good signs. Henry continues to be a gun.

An optimistic take on it is you actually would rather young players who have shown something, that are well down on form. That's where a lot of potential upside is for us next year. And we have a few of them even if SDK is probably the poster boy.

Its the right decision but i hope another club picks him up. He can still be a contributor for a side if his knee holds up.

Feel sick about DK. A shadow of the player he was last year.

Copped a broken face and did something to his knee. Not to mention a lot of young players get second year blues, and 2022 was his first full proper season.
1 game in '21, 23 in '22 and it will be 19 in '23 by the end of tonight.

I think he bounces back to 2022 form next year.

Yep 7 scoring shots is still plenty. O.Henry and Holmes would usually be on 1 goal each from their chances.

Having big Toby in has freed up Stanley he’s been pretty good down back so far

27 tackles that quarter for only 2 frees - one in the ruck contest and one for a high tackle which eventually was turned over as the ump paid advantage when there wasn't any.

Wouldn't mind a tackle being rewarded anytime soon.
