If it gets up I’ll have to throw even more money than I already have on the Dogs. Easiest money to make ever and they are paying over $2
We tanked yesterday. Skill level was amateur. Even your VFL team would beat us, unless Bevo resigns (or is sacked) and then we might fire up, otherwise we're cactus :$

Just who we bring and how many we bring in?

Guys who have already played like Mullins probably come in ... but do we give a guys or two a debut?
Make them earn it over summer.. better to play the ones we might cut

Win and it's pick 10, lose and it's pick 7.

I only want to see 1 thing on Saturday night.

Toby Conway, don't care about the rest of the line up.

No chance unless we are throwing the game which we shouldnt. Next people will be telling me they think foster is ready.

In: stanley menegola dempsey/knevitt guthrie mullin
Out: duncan close sav jezza bews

The older guys will want to farewell smith tuohy and menegola (and possibly stanley if its the end for him as well) as they should.

Next year is next year.

impressed with Conway’s form albeit limited fitness. How about start him and look to sub.

Nope too dangerous if you lose a player early see sav. Plus there couldnt be a worse opponent to start him against than english.

Weird that there's no rumour of Danger being left out. He looks the most banged up of the lot.

I think he wants to lead from the front in the farewell game. Hes the one we actually should rest but he wont allow it. They will want to win this im expecting fierce.

Maybe they should do Mad Monday on the Friday night before the Game? Then we can really secure Pick 7. Also my betting account will appreciate it.

Dogs have to win the game, as they can still make it if Giants lose, and that game will not be concluded before ours.

The other thing is we don't even need to tank it, just play blokes like Ceglar, Riccardi, Murdoch, Mullin, Parfitt, Kroeger, Neale, Willis, Whyte... They are either on the way out, or not quite ready. Just don't play our better players in a dead rubber - eg Miers, Hawkins, Stewart. Play Tuohy, Ceglar and Smith in a send off match, and tell them to just have some fun. Mission accomplished.

Also don't write-off Tigers against Port lol... Pick 6 could be had!

We'll play a fit team and we'll win
Theres no chance we arent playing the best side possible and looking to win the game, whether we get severely outclassed or not is up for debate but theres no chance in Smith's last game after everything he has done for the club and how much he is respected internally that we would actively go out there looking to lose.

Nope to the bolded, Mullin had enough games this season based on no VFL form and hardly lit it up at AFL level, if I was in the VFL slogging it out all year putting up better numbers and then overlooked for Mullin I would question my future in the team.
Ceglar is cooked, why waste a game on him when he won't make it through the whole match. Better off getting minutes into Conway. Parfitt plays if you intend to keep him next year. If you don't, why bother?
