Being 3km away from the stadium, looking forward to us breaking the duck. Never been to a game where the mighty Hawks have lost, here's hoping that trend continues.

Looking for a big response from Gibbo, Rioli and Vickery this afternoon. All three have been very average thus far and need to stand up.

Assuming we won't run a hard tag and GAJ will collect 40 and 2-3 sausages as well. While their big guys up forward will cause all sorts of headaches.

Probably win by 1-15 in the end after a frustrating see saw battle.

On to the game, with Brand in, it allows our defensive structure to improve. 2 talls, and Gibbo gets to float. Now Brand isn't the second coming of Chris Mew, but if he can hold down a spot and allow Gibson to compete on the mid-sized forwards and come third man up, which in turn will allow Frawley to focus on just stopping his man then it can only be good for us. Hopefully then it will stop us trying to flood everyone into the D50 to stop the high balls
