Honestly, I've been far more influenced by the groundswell of support for the idea that he might already be part of their best 22 than by the points.

You want to try to talk me into Adcock > Heath instead? I'm certainly willing to listen.

I disagree, he isn't in their best 22 when players come back. Heath on the other hand has far better JS. You might make 40/50k on Dwyer, but 200/250k in the long run with Heath.

i had a look at the Swans early run vs their scores against weaker opponents last year. McVeigh, Jack and Bolton dominated against the weaker teams, Kennedy went backwards.

He'll get better when the games get tighter.

Yeh an article on DT Talk showed that he dominates against tough opposition. Maybe because they go H2H and dont do a hard tag on him like the weaker teams seem to do maybe?

Maybe the Swans close it down more and bring the game in closer, more contested?

I agree, all my trades are based around making the extra cash. That being said, there is a risk he may not even get the price rise this week if he is dropped for Daisy. He may get to keep his spot this week, but will only get 1 maybe 2 more games max. Everyone is so blind sided by the fact he scored 90 last week, they are forgetting about the 37 he scored in week 1. You may make 40/50k out of him, but there are far better options with better JS that will make you more over time and certainly far more important trades to be made.

His first week score was sub-affected. He performed well as the sub and was rewarded with a full game against Carlton. I didn't watch that whole game, but from what I saw of him and from reviews of the game, he did well again. It would be harsh to not at least give him one more game. If he performs well again, who knows? Buck's has no qualms playing rookies, we saw that last year. One price rise is enough for me anyway, given I have Macaffer and Neade.

Look I have made some really bad decisions in my civi life and when I was serving. But that was a very serious/silly trade son. You should really think about it. What are you coming overall might I ask?

I'll take that on board. It's not set in concrete yet, and I'm not sure I can go wrong with either but I like hearing diverse opinions.

BUT if he does play this week and scores 90 again, he will go up 70k from just 1 price change.

Thoughts on Karnezis --> Cloke? I think Cloke will have a big year now the contract stuff is behind him and should establish himself as a F5/F6 premo by the end of the year. Anyone know his BE for the week?

I doubt that. Top 15-20 forward premo by years end perhaps. Would need to average 95+ to be a top 6 premo though. He should improve from last years poor showing, can see him averaging 85-90 but would you really want/be happy with your F5/6 averaging that at the end of the year?

Not sold on Cloke. BE 90 this week. I much prefer Lynch as he may be taking a lot of the ruck duties over the next few weeks with Jolly out. $30k cheaper with BE or 61.

But.... I'm going horrendously this season so might not want to listen to me.

Dependent on his form and opponents, I may choose to upgrade JJK to Cloke in the near future... I think Cloke will be far more effective this year than last, whereas JJK may not be able to hold onto this scoring when LeCras et all return. I may still have to upgrade Cloke at some point, but it's worth looking into.
