Would assume kreuz comes in next week....

Yeah my plan for if Kreuz came in as expected was to trade Brodie Smith to a rookie and Phillips up to a big dog, but it looks like I'll be 20k short. (If Phillips was playing, he would have a BE of 24, so I expected that the 20k would be made up. (Admittedly, it was a risky plan.)

Eh I disagree. Rocky probably goes the same as Brayshaw for less cash. It is incredibly sideways and you wouldn't be doing it later in the season but right now we're all 'wasting' trades to an extent. Probably a better move than all those who traded Balta for Schultz for example tbh.

No chance Rocky matches Brayshaw.

Still fine to do for the cash and the BE game but Bray is a top 5 mid, rocky is a maybe top 10, all going well.

Yep we're playing in the BigFooty 'division-less' league. Looking at the matchups you have me pretty covered so this is my only chance to scrape past you (I've got $500k in bank after a downgrade this week).

Late out for Grundy... as an Eagles supporter I'd take that as it'll give us a leg up in our GF rematch, though to satisfy my fantasy cravings I could only allow it on the proviso that Sweet is a late in for the Dogs, so my team has a playing EMG!

Late out for Grundy... as an Eagles supporter I'd take that as it'll give us a leg up in our GF rematch, though to satisfy my fantasy cravings I could only allow it on the proviso that Sweet is a late in for the Dogs, so my team has a playing EMG!

I'm the same, haha (400K in the bank). I think we did a similar sort of thing (from memory). I think you'll do more than scrape past me, haha. Should be a decent win.

What were your trades?

I went Dunkley -> Boak
and then literally with 1 hour to go before lockout had an impulse trade so did Steele > LDU, shifting Scott on field and LDU to the bench.
Still not sure if it was wise, as I do think Steele will do well this year, but with Scott & Butters on my mid bench, and Walsh and Constable on field I felt I could bank on Scott/LDU/Butters as M8 for a while, which lets me upgrade one of my DEF bench to Lloyd/Whitfield next week.

Yep, I did. Have had a feeling all year that this would be the game that they would win. Pushed Port to the brink and were competitive against Carlton. They have speed and youth, whereas Sydney just look slow this year
