Which may tip the scales towards Peris getting the nod for the vest.Hill has lined up on a HFF an awful lot so far this year (with Wood and Byrnes playing mostly wing), so he’ll presumably go back to the wing, while Bytel will push a few out there more from the inside.
What's the deal with skunk? Was meant to be touch and go for round 1 for god sake.

Out: Wood, Webster, Cordy.
In: Bytel, Paton, Campbell (sub).
Highmore to be considered to free up Sinclair for a wing role.

Why do so many people want a ruckman as a sub? It's ludicrous. You want speed in the later part of the game because she game is more open, not cumbersome talls...Out: Wood, Webster, Cordy.

He missed a couple of weeks of training so he has to do the preseason over again. What's the deal with skunk? Was meant to be touch and go for round 1 for god sake.
Cordy gets another week I thinkOut: Wood, Webster, Cordy.

I think if Cordy gets 1 more he gets 2 more (presuming we win this week, which is obviously not a given). With the big narrative of Collingwood at the Gather round, both teams potentially 4-0, you wouldn't want to mess with a lineup more than you have to.Cordy gets another week I think
How about Battle to the wing ?I wonder if Highmore can play wing? He might be a good Wood fill in. Might save his career.
Less confident the larger the injury toll unfortunately.Confident. Haven’t been confident the last 3 weeks.
Only line of the team that so far outside of Webster & Coff hasn’t been impacted by injury terribly and they are playing at an unbelievably high level, definitely don’t want any of them being shifted to other spots on the fieldHow about Battle to the wing ?
I saw what you did there heheheHow about Battle to the wing ?
Let max Heath give him a bathWhoever gives Marshall a chop out is going to have to work VERY hard against Witts. He’s an absolute mountain.
Surely they wouldn’t be the same people now. They decided that injured guys do pretty much a full block of training before coming back. That has made the timeframe stretch out.I question our medical team … felt like hannerbury and freeman were listed as the same number of weeks every week never getting closer
I fully agree. Beating the Dopers and TBH the first 2 games was all we needed from the first half of the season. It would be great to beat the Scum too but I've already seen more than enough to put me at ease about where the team is heading and in that context having to play the periphery players works perfectly for a year of experimentation.I’m curious to see how far we can go with a depleted list, and young players starting to fatigue. Personally, the pressure is off for me. If we lost against Essendon, it would have been a big deal but if we start to lose a few now, it’s hardly surprising. Beating Essendon was important for obvious reasons.
I think we can beat Gold Coast, but they do tend to play good footy against us. Won’t be a pushover.
