Nainsmith probably puts on 70k or so after that game by the looks, so would still consider it a decent cash grab worst comes to worst

Yeh silver lining.
And I'll have his decent score this week atleast.... although I loopholed him on the bench so if Xerri plays I'll miss that anyway!!

My immediate trades were to get get rid of Houston and Brodie Smith, and I still can, but the likes of Madgen, Pickett, Bennell and maybe C Taylor sitting on my bench and not playing worries me. I have one trade locked in thanks to Dunkley's injury but the other two will be removing two of the rookies. Probably.

Really don't want Houston and Smith anymore but maybe they will have a big farewell this weekend. Doubt it!

Im making my trades this week to try and put as many points on field.. I.e im ignoring Pittonet for one more week.

Hopefully Niasmiths rise outstrips or at least matches the Pitts and i can just swap them out for a little upgrade next week.
I'm thinking about doing this too actually. To turn D.Cameron into Pitt, I need to spend 160k which is a big investment, even though Pitt will probably make 200k in 5 weeks time.
Maybe I'm better off not wasting Naismith's 76 E score and instead maximising points this week. Then, like you said straight swap Nais to Pitt next week.
Yeah my team is definitely not good enough to be wasting a 76 on the bench now that I think about it.

So with nothing better to do this week, I might just cash up and trade out Whit.

At least Naismith had 1 final cash grab in him. Poor bloke.
Need eagles to give Bailey Williams a game but it seems Hickey is preferred.

Tim ****ing English. My third trade was a luxury trade this week... opted for English to Gawn :drunk: English had a matchup against multiple rucks on a postage stamp sized ground. Gawn has a matchup against a bloke that goal keeps for his own team. Seemed a good choice prior to the round starting.

Maximus still every chance to go bigger than 102 and he does have the C on him, but I can’t help but feel there were better things I could have done with that trade now.

Just to rub salt into the wound, my head to head opponent had only one player last night. Guess who it was? And guess who he slapped the VC on? Hint: he’s a Bulldogs ruckman and you get angry just from looking at him.

Wouldn't stress too much Zevon, still a good trade. You've brought in a very good player who has an extremely good run coming up and is in great form.
Also worth noting that English only had the 17 hit outs, his ruck work is average at best and he has lots of work to do there. Even though he's definitely improving at having an impact around the ground, he won't do that every week. I think his lack of ruck ability will cost him a lot of points over the course of the season.

McAsey to Hamill
Pickett to Pittonet

or
Brayshaw to Pittonet
Noble to Weller
(Keep Pickett on bench for now)?

ends up being on field

Weller and Curtis Taylor
V
Brayshaw and Noble?

I'd do the second trade. I think it could be good to have a look at some of the debutants this week Serong, Butler (who looked good), and Philp and see how they perform. From there you can bring in the player with the best J/S out of those three. You're also grabbing two very in form players and increasing overall points on field.

Yeah I don’t love Hamill either but I need to get the coin to upgrade Pickett if I go that way

I don’t know whether to go Weller or Maynard either? Maynard a bit cheaper and looks good
