We look a long way off tonight but a few more games and we shpuld get to see more roberts, caddy, byran, tsatas and what else we have.

We have a bit if deadwood on the list and in our best 22 and if there's one positive results like this mean Scott has to get a bit more adventurous at selection.

Didn't see our current mid range approach resulting in finals success anytime soon anyway. So some poor results .might be a good wake up.

Nah. You're an enabler for sh*t things in footy. There is no situation where a premiership team should be handed a #1 pick a year in. Lame stuff.
Forcing a guy to stay at your shit-show isn’t good (see Daniher). What would be your solution?

Brisbane managed to turn it around after the “great exit” of the mid-2010s.

Good to see Harry get some opportunities tonight…looks solid…

Port in Adelaide on a Fri night…always gonna be a big ask after they sh*t the bed at home against Melbourne last week…

Some decent effort this qtr will go some way to redemption…

It's so embarrassing seeing so many players failing to tackle a third year player in JHF.
And is there a directive to allow Rozee to do whatever he wishes?

Soldo pantsing our rucks. How he was alone in the f50. We play two rucks to outwork and havent been near him all night.
And he is a spud.
Tim English next week !

Was it chasing Butters? He didn't get close. Looked very slow.

We lack genuine speed of Rozee, Butters, JHF. They are ripping us apart.

Looked like they tagged Merrett out of the game since quarter time.
Not just that but the space Port is able to create.

There are players having mares tonight.
The effort has clearly dropped off from some as well.
A week can make a massive difference in terms of perception and it shouldn't be dismissed that we know what the team is capable of, we saw it last week and we hadn't played like that for a very long time.
We're still bedding down structures and expectations though, and there are clearly areas of need; leg speed, talls like Cox and Harry with a couple more preseasons in the gym etc. There will be games like this. To think we're going to play like last week every week this early in our rebuild is a dream. Not gonna happen. Some of the over reactions here are completely irrational.

We've been torched by smalls all year. McGrath is allergic to the defence part in defending.
