He’ll be the best player in the comp in time. Buckley was booed for much of his career. Goodes too (for different reasons but some of them were because he was so darn good). JHF needs to work his butt off, command the ball and let his explosiveness, strength, skill and brilliance come to the fore. When we get 3-4 quarters of that type of last quarter football, then he will really shit the rest of the comp off.

What did you think of lobb, finlaysons, Dixon’s, naughtons ugle hagens performances?

Several of those guys did nothing (as kfs) all game and a couple worked hard but didn’t achieve much.

Maybe the idea that kfs are just going to be elite all the time is a farce, cause there’s good and high end kfs not doing that.

If ugle Hagen put the performance he put up tonight for us, the same port fans that hated Todd would want him fired into the sun. Which is dumb, cause he’s damn fine kf prospect.

That was a good win in the end in very unsavoury conditions.

When we needed a match winner in the last, JHF stepped up & was unstoppable around the stoppages. There are brief moments throughout the game where you just go “WOW, how did he just do that”? Once he matures, he is going to be a bonafide star.

I don’t want to keep potting Slyce, but if we are serious about winning games, his AFL days must be over.

Rioli must do more, but I though McEntee & DBJ were more then serviceable up front.

Ken coached well tonight. The fact that he's going to the boundary and effectively dropped DBJ and Jonas might mean that he's not 100% resistance against change. Also great call out to the media about JHF booing too.

Just back from game and bit shocked, so many times over last years we have seen this script where we crack , but this time the kids stood up when needed.

Great win. Looked gone during that last quarter but we gutsed it out as well as some great individual brilliance.

Butters, Marshall and JHF were huge when it mattered. Houston was great. Mcentee tackled and harassed well. Rozee and Boak were good in the middle.

Thought Burton was terrible. Lycett shouldnt play again. Hes cooked.
