Been 4 goals down at quarter time a few times this year but felt the effort was really good. The skills and discipline were not. Sydney efficiently punished errors as a good side does.

I’ve been Chol’s biggest fan but that was an atrocious first quarter. Offering nothing.

Newcombe and Nash providing very little defensive pressure. Two passages Newcombe ran off his opponent and they got a free 2-1 outnumber.

Swans so much cleaner. We are doing the tough stuff but lack the finishing class to take advantage. EG we got a turnover 70m from goal and Mackenzie (?) placed it in between about three forwards. Got to make our touches count and we don’t.

Have to agree, Ramsden is a more natural forward but chol works better into the game through the ruck, isn’t a great leading forward - can he learn to be is the question.
