One could say... it rustles your jimmies?
And here you are acting like a child again. It is really funny reading posts on this forum questioning players ability who are new to the game, for example Cordy,Willis, Smith, Dickinson,Roughhead, may I be bold enough to suggest that you wait until they have played 50 games plus before the assasination begins. Then there are the ones who attack the kids at Williamstown,Tallia, Roberts,Pearce,Redpath,Jong, all have just started playing seniors and are performing really well, fair go. Then to top it off a MOD, on here asks the question after a great win should we look at trading Will Minson, may I suggest to him that is not very smart post.

Not So Good:
I know Higgins has suffered much from injury and perhaps he is nursing himself through the season to build continuity and form. However, he is timid in the contest. He refuses to try to take a mark out front with his hands. Shaun has an abundance of ability but is playing way within himself whether because he is afraid of injury or he lacks confidence. Either way, his current method will almost certainly get him injured. He needs to have a long hard think about his game and rediscover his decision making: when to go in hard and when to not.
Hargrave is much the same as Shaun - very timid. This is less about injury than that he has not had anyone tell him it is unacceptable. For so long we have had an undersized defense and as an almost tall he has known he would continue to get games on the back of questionable effort. Time must be up for this approach. He does not have the evasiveness or the quality of delivery of a Murphy to be an outside defender. He needs to start making body contact in contested situations and he needs find some presence of mind in pressure situation and take that split second to look for a target rather than continuing with his all too common clanger kicks.
But hey, I am happy
These are very interesting observations.
Higgins was nearly knocked out cold after "approaching" a contest and then clashing heads with Firrito, went off the ground and came back on. Also kicked his second goal working in tandem with another "soft" & "indecisive" player in Guido for a crumbing goal.
Hargrave had 20+ possies at 80+% efficiency rate.
But hey, that's what I saw and read.
My critique of Shaggy is that he's good while the others around him are doing well.. When thats not the case, he doesnt stand up all too often and seems shy of contest.
Not a player known to break through the lines and he tends to spend too much time waiting for something to happen, rather than bust down the doors and make it happen.

Crackers gives Dickson a good plug in this.
I believe the word you are looking for is Drivel.Duck or goose or what ever you are don't call me a child, the trouble with you is that you get on here with no football credentials and believe your own DRIBBLE.
I was very impressed by Roughys defensive efforts. Equal highest tackles for the team alongside Wallis and Dickson and equal second on ground behind Andrew Swallow. It's even more impressive coming from a 200cm kid.Just been watching the game, and I don't think it's been mentioned yet, but with 1 minute to go in the 3rd quarter, on our half forward flank, Roughead makes a great tackle on Anthony who was able to handball it to Delaney, and while on the ground, Roughead dives and tackles him too.
Delaney was able to get the ball out by a handball, but regardless, that is the sort of determination Macca would love to see. Great play by Roughy.
That was a great photo on the back page of the Herald Sun today. Wallis gritting his teeth in a flying tackle. Love that kid!
