Gawn has struggled in the past when 2 physical rucks have worked him over so I wouldn't be surprised if Crayfish comes in. Hopper in will be a big help and if we're going to be any chance at all, we just have to avoid long bombs into the forward line as May and Lever will pick them off all day.

Our mids were smashed against WCE and the Dees midfield is a lot better than theirs. This will be our biggest loss of the season so far

It's actually not a lot better. Yeo has multiple BOG's in the last 3 weeks or so, Kelly is running into some real form, Reid has exploded.

I still think we're too undermanned to win this, even if the Demons have struggled our depth is really getting tested now.

Of the possible ins, Hopper replacing one of the mids will improve us in the short term,
Ryan replacing Kosi I think is an upgrade, but I don't even back the match committee to make that call.

Bringing Grimes in for someone, I'm not actually sure that improves us man for man, but it would help in terms of structural leadershipand match experience.

Given that, if Demons are a serious finals side, which they probably are, they should be beating a severely undermanned rebuilding side like us quite comfortably.
