Anyone thinks we aren’t working hard is dreaming… sure there are some poor individual efforts here and there but they are classes above, bringing the pressure and dominating play and inside 50s…. and we’ve held them to 8 goals for the half. That’s amazing considering the control they’ve had and I expect the damn wall to break eventually: but our problem isn’t effort, it’s that we just can’t do a good damn thing with the ball ourselves. We have no system for getting the ball forward for decent looks at goal. Hell we barely have a system for getting the ball out of our backline.

Totally uncompetitive. Just like last week. No surprise after a trip west. But we didn’t exactly leave it all on the field last week.

It’s sad. Was really hoping he’d come good but there’s no presence. Pops up here and there but we need more. Much more.

Like I said, it's one of the things Mitchell has spoken about as being an issue with a young group. It's not an easy fix, it comes with experience and bit of cohesion.

The experienced players are generally the ones doing it which is the frustrating thing. Its not an easy fix but there has been so little of an improvement when there definitely should have been.
