there's been at least 5 cases of that being paid 50 this year. It is, as far I know, not the correct interpretation and needs to be explained. It seems they are judging it as if they assume the mark is certain to be taken, and then judging the free kick as a free kick that has happened after the mark has been taken, but it's of course not been taken yet and therefore isn't a 50.
