lol, by what measure is Stevie Wright the best rocker Australia ever produced? He's damn fine but come on...
It's all commensurate with the standard in the 70's and 80's ......Bon Scott was not in his league, but the AC-DC timeless sound launched their careers, so of course Bon gets a lot of recognition accordingly

But remember, the Easybeats were huge internationally, when all Australian musicians were anchored in Australia

Easybeats were, but Wright as a performer was eclipsed by Bon, and as a songwriter. Vocally, maybe that's up for debate. Bon Scott also had more longevity... which is saying something for a guy that killed himself in 1980.

AC/DC will be the biggest Australian international music success of all time. Will never be bettered.

Does anyone go to LA willingly? ....prefer the West Coast ....Prefer Canada even more
LA is on the West Coast, at least thats whats my basic shitty knowledge of geography tells me :p

I only want to visit it after playing GTA V and visit the major landmarks from it.

Just mismanaged. Manager was all about greed.

Bon Scott died drunkenly wasted from hypothermia just when he was on the verge of superstardom...you can't get any more rock star than that. Sure Wright was a better singer, but there is more to being a rocker than that and Bon created that image way more successfully

There is a theory the Young's were looking to replace Bon achieve superstardom as they thought he'd never be able to fully crack the USA with him, they needed a more globally acceptable character. Remembering this is before Aussie culture exploded in the states with Crocodile Dundee.

This has nothing to do with his death, but it could be seen as good timing if you believe such a thing.

So I just pop him out? Only want to check wiring for any shorts or bad connection, not replace or anything. If it's ****** it's ****** and I'll add to the list of jobs for the mechanic when I eventually take it in.

What does your fuel gauge show? Does it just go straight to full and stay there? Is it erratic? Not working at all?

I for one, stopped listening to them after BIB because everything they did was just a weak copy of BIB, they lost their soul

Agree with this ....but realistically Bon was only frontman of a successful AC-DC for maybe 4 years ....Wrights achievements were arguably greater at the time & for a much longer period ...but interesting debate, where the bands success elevates the singer, maybe more than it should

Sorry, I was confused .....it's an ordinary city, i can assure you

Or did it  .....great conspiracy theory

That was the criticism at the time ....but their fans loved those copies

Could be earthing out then. The float operates a rheostat so either the float is sitting up in the air or it is earthing out

That's what I thought. Pulled the gauge out the dash and it looks all good on the back of that, so sender is next stop. Is that something I can do without putting it on a hoist, or dropping the tank, etc?
