All this talk of cheese is making me hungry. What is the best tasting part of a mature cheese? The part that goes crunchy after being grilled

Quick tip to impress at dinner parties.

You can make an edible cheese bowl by turning a mixing bowl upside down, either spraying it with veg oil or lining the outside with silicon paper. (Or using a silpat sheet, grating it on and turning out onto the bowl after grilling but you get a 5 sec window doing this way but probably the best results as the grilling is even) - Oven on circulated air grill mode, bubble it up and wait for colour.

Cool, turn out and away you go.
Put all matching cheese accoutrement in the bowl and serve. Great way to entertain, always fun eating the bowl too.

I don’t put cheese in it. I usually make several small bowls. One with dip, one with cured meats another with veg and so on
