Those last couple seasons were horrendous.

Park run is a brilliant thing, so good for people of all levels.

At our local we have had Olympians and 90 yo on the same day and both got plenty out of it.

Trying to het my Mum involved there is a park run literally 100 m from her house, she is nervous, I promised to walk with her.
