Gotta go Gazza IMO, however I want Danger too. Though the only way I seem to be able to squeeze him in is by dropping Shaw down to Boyd. Dunno if I like that.

Would personally upgrade many of those midpricers. Brayshaw could go bang but if I were you I'd drop Wells, who has too many questions marks and upgrade Brayshaw to a bonafide premo. I also think Lamb is not good value. Dropping Parish and one of Libba and Crouch to cheaper rookies would also allow you to upgrade Malceski and perhaps Stevens, who while a quality player might be more of a DT option. He did have a good year and has shown he can go very high. Just might be players that could score higher around that price.

I just then upgraded Boyd to Shaw.

Every team looks better with Shaw in it. I'm trying to tell myself that he could drop in the first half of the season so I could do a quick upgrade but it's risky. If he has another year like 2015 I could be lagging in defense for ages.

If you are going to run with Leuenberger, consider putting him at F4 instead of R2. That way you will open up F/R link.
If you spend the extra 200k in hand and upgrade Conca you should get a decent second ruck keeper for 500k.

cheers man. good thinking. am keen on conca though if he plays. will ave 90 odd which makes him a steal but need to keep the structure in shape.

I've noticed many have decided not to go with the Burger. I know he's injury prone but surely still a bargain being the Dons #1 ruck and only priced at $310k... If he goes up 90k before being injured and godly has a slow start, could potentially upgrade him for only 200k...

Not quite sure what your saying here but at this stage he'd be a fair way down the pecking order. If he lights it up in the NAB then he has a chance but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Love the Burger and it's one of those gambles that could pay off but I don't trust his body at all. He could miss a game or two and then break down prior to a price rise and then you're left in a terrible position trying to trade him out at an awkward price. I'd consider him only as a forward option, way too risky even as a 2nd ruck IMO. Although he who dares wins, I guess.

Appreciate the info. I hope he is in for a big year cause he's very much on thin ice and I doubt he'd want to be stuck on the periphery much longer.
