IIRC West Coast try to offer the younger players 3 years, but there management usually chases 2 with an eye on increasing the amount for the next contract.

Schoey may have told his to GAGF knowing he wants to be at the Eagles and to show his commitment.

We need more players to take the game on through the middle - arguably our biggest weakness. Schofield rarely gets tackled and loves a goal too.

Skinny, blond kid from some mining town. Wore number 2 for a few years, might just have him covered. But of recent times, I'd be struggling to find a better one. Can't believe how far Schoey has come though in the last few years, very impressive.

I was soooo tempted to ask him and a few others but didnt have the guts to do it Plus this was towards the end of the day after they had been promoting themselves around Northam, so I didnt want to be a bother...they looked over it by then.
