For dinner? Ken
Over a beer? Ken
A romantic weekend in Frankston? Ken
At an intervention? Chris.

Hinkley. To his credit, Hinkley has either developed or revamped numerous players within the club to become quality contributors. Wines, Houston, Amon, Bergman, Butters, Rozee, Duursma, Byrne-Jones, Marshall and Georgiadis are all contributing to a top 4 side having been developed internally.

Scott has nowhere near that track record.

Rightio.

Nearly all are Premiership players, all drafted, and all had varying levels of success/development under Scott. Only two aren't Premiership players, and they may have been had they not been injured.

Pretty sure we can put this whole 'doesn't develop players' argument, to bed now.

Bomber drafted Duncan... But your point is still correct!

Is there anyone who would still rather Hinkley over Scott?
Whateley is a huge Hinkley fan, and I highly doubt he'd rather Hinkley over Scott.

Hinkley is a tremendous coach. Port need to extend him so he can focus on winning them a flag.

Hinkley has the palate of an fussy 4 year old. Lives on cheese toasties.
Ken doesn't drink alcohol.
Romantic weekend? He looks like an old man's ball sack, if that's your thing.
Intervention? He 'd ust say Youse would have to work harder, for longer, that'd be it.

Hinkley v Brad Scott would be an interesting comparison.
Who would you rather?
Hinkley has underachieved with a great list.
Scott has overachieved with average lists at two clubs.

Brad easily. Port would have won at least one flag over the last ten years with him as coach.

Hard to split

both likely to be sacked by the end of next year
Sarcastic Sarcasm GIF

One won a flag the following year and the other has a great shot at doing so this year.

P.S. We haven't sacked a coach since John Devine in 1988.

Which Scott Brother are we talking about?

Chris Scotts coaching stint at Geelong has pulled in 2 Flags, Possibly 3 if he can add one in 2024.

Brad scotts coaching stint at North Melbourne is mixed, But it depends on who you ask.

I liked Brad Scotts every final at North Melbourne. Made finals in 2012 and 2014, 2015, 2016.
