Could someone please provide how many possies Scotty West collected last time he played at the SCG game. Does he play well over there? Is he in good form?[/QUOTE
west will not get more then 20 poss in jarred crouch goes to him
what west normally does is just go for the hard ball and let the other go for it against sydney

it all depends on if crouch tags him but yet again we now have the midfield to let west have the odd quite one

I think he wants info for this Fantasy Football side.

You couldn't go past West at the moment, averaging around 25 touches a game.

No one else in the comp has had more of the footy.....

So I guess you could say he is goin' alright.

It was round 10 2004 - 4 kicks and 5 handballs
Prior to that round 12 2003 - 5 kicks and 9 handballs
Prior to that round 8 2002 - 13 kicks and 10 handballs

Save the pineapple, fella, and have a go on your Rams beating East Ringwood by +39.5 - better bet!!
haha, :D ER are very strong at home, but I think that we might just get over the line in a tight struggle. Not to sure about a +39.5 margin though ;)

Yeah, West doesn't have a good history on Brett Kirk; not many ball magnets do. I doubt he'll get his usual 25-30 touches on Sunday. In fact, I have relegated him to an emergency position in my Dream Team for this week.

comic genius and credible football knowledge, keep up this form and you'll be on Before the Game with greats such as Huddo and Hellier.

Love your work SK, just a shame us western suburban amateur types can't get 91.8 (perhaps the fact I can't remember the station is the issue here.....).

If your talking about the radio station, it's a great show. :)

yeah but. the last 3 or 4 years scott west has been our midfield on his own. only guy worth tagging, so naturally kirk got him.

however this year they have to tag cooney as well, which is helping guys like guido, cross and gilbee slip under the radar.

they wont want gilbee up to his tricks on a short ground, so he may get a tag as well, which will leave guido and cross to go nuts on possessions, and neither of those players are exclusively receivers, nor are they totally unaccountable.

Last year the problem was not so much Kirk, as the big knock to the head that West received early in the game - he spent quite a bit of time off the ground and I think suffered from a bit of concussion.

I reckon he'll have a fair chance to win some contested ball, so he might well rack them up but you wouldn't say he was a soda for the most possies in the round.
