Hobart to Strahan (gorgeous town) via Russell Falls and Queenstown to Cradle Mountain to Tamar Valley via Sheffield and Launceston to Bicheno via Scottsdale. Heading to Freycinet National Park today. Winning the game of not hitting the wildlife.

That place has a Hillbilly deliverance vibe about it - it's also where the Furies host their alumni functions.

I’m so glad that not only did the trip go ahead despite the Queensland cases , but that you’re having a blast

Tassie is gorgeous . I finally went in 2018 . I hope I can make it back sometime soon

I totally saw that. We popped in to the pub late afternoon and was so happy when we got to Strahan and saw how awesome it was. Did the Wilderness Railway through the rain forest which was fab. They still manually turn this bad boy half way. Saw @MWPP’s initials carved in to the table.

The last few weeks have been much better than any in 2020, at least offield
Now to try and translate that into better qooty form...
(on a team level. My individual form is fine but at the end of the day, wins are what matter)

That was the highlight of the trip!
We recently did the Castledare miniature railway ride , and the Bassendean railway museum
Both fun but nothing can compare to the West Coast Wilderness Railway
(Tassie’s answer to the Hogwarts Express)
