I suppose they do need to cater for those who live in their mothers basement that haven't seen natural light in a few years. This seems to be the target market for big footy, hence them jumping on Dark mode earlier.

Hey I don't mind a fair bit of new stuff and I'm not confined to one genre - just rock music isn't really on the radar any more. Variants of it possibly.

I vow never to be one of those 30-40 year olds who whines about JJJ being so much better back in the day.

They have talked him up for years. TBF, he has had injury setbacks, but if they pick Mummy now, well that is a full blown concession they dont rate him.

I think likely hood is both Briggs and Flynn get their shots in the praccy v Swans and AAMI game v Lions, one takes main ruck duties against the Swans then vice versa, and whoever does better out of those games will play a rotating role with Mummy

Yup. Really just hit the creative wall. Though mind you, once you get to the late 70s, early 80s, mainstream rock and I don't get along super well.

Rock is doing pretty solidly once you're out of the mainstream though.
