I made poached eggs, toast, spinach, and tomatoes. All sprinkled with za’atar. However you spell that - I’ve seen it a couple different ways.

philreich thanks for posting today mate. And thankyou for bringing some warm weather to Coney Island for what seems like the first time in eons. Was beginning to think we had a perpetual rain-cloud hovering overhead.
