philreich: Congratulations to the Hawks - for the first time in 26 loooooooooong seasons, they're the champions of the SFA.
FootyGuy13: The perseverance has paid off for those playing for East Side today. Even if you've just had a passing relationship with the Hawks by either playing for them previously or have simply enjoyed their match threads, there won't be many people in Sweet who won't be happy to see one of the longest premiership droughts in the League finally come to an end.
MWPP: Well done Hawks! I'm so stoked for the long-suffering Hawks fans and the loyal club people who have stuck by the club through thick and thin . Commiserations to the Dragons. I know first hand how much it hurts to lose a GF (having played in 2 GFs for two losses) . But I hope that when the dust eventually settles, you guys can look back and reflect on an otherwise successful season.

FootyGuy13: serial, we have to find out who the Deestroy medalist is first. The Hawks have plenty of options to be Best-on-Ground but I think it's gonna be hard to look past Drizzy and their 13 tackles. What do you guys think?
serial_thrilla: A few of the Dragons had mammoth games in a losing side. Pie 4 Life had 18 disposals, 9 tackles and a goal, freo84 had 27 disposals and 2 goals, Purple Jesus had 22 disposals and 3 goals, and VandoHawk kicked 4 goals in a surprise move to full forward. And of course there was Drizzy's tackling clinic that you mentioned just earlier. Over at the Hawks there are plenty of contenders: Tarkyn_24 kicked a game high 5 goals, boncer34 had 24 disposals and 3 goals, larrikin had 26 disposals, 7 tackles and a goal to go with his 11 hitouts, and PhenomenalV1 had 20 disposals, 8 tackles and 2 goals in a superb performance.

philreich: Congratulations to the Hawks - for the first time in 26 loooooooooong seasons, they're the champions of the SFA.
FootyGuy13: The perseverance has paid off for those playing for East Side today. Even if you've just had a passing relationship with the Hawks by either playing for them previously or have simply enjoyed their match threads, there won't be many people in Sweet who won't be happy to see one of the longest premiership droughts in the League finally come to an end.
MWPP: Well done Hawks! I'm so stoked for the long-suffering Hawks fans and the loyal club people who have stuck by the club through thick and thin . Commiserations to the Dragons. I know first hand how much it hurts to lose a GF (having played in 2 GFs for two losses) . But I hope that when the dust eventually settles, you guys can look back and reflect on an otherwise successful season.

serial_thrilla: Okay, I'm just going to sneak down the players' race to interview a few of the victorious Hawks in their changerooms. Wait a minute, the door is locked? Can somebody let me in?
FootyGuy13: serial, we have to find out who the Deestroy medalist is first. The Hawks have plenty of options to be Best-on-Ground but I think it's gonna be hard to look past Drizzy and their 13 tackles. What do you guys think?
serial_thrilla: A few of the Dragons had mammoth games in a losing side. Pie 4 Life had 18 disposals, 9 tackles and a goal, freo84 had 27 disposals and 2 goals, Purple Jesus had 22 disposals and 3 goals, and VandoHawk kicked 4 goals in a surprise move to full forward. And of course there was Drizzy's tackling clinic that you mentioned just earlier. Over at the Hawks there are plenty of contenders: Tarkyn_24 kicked a game high 5 goals, boncer34 had 24 disposals and 3 goals, larrikin had 26 disposals, 7 tackles and a goal to go with his 11 hitouts, and PhenomenalV1 had 20 disposals, 8 tackles and 2 goals in a superb performance.
