For some reason I suddenly thought of the Hale and Pace skit, where a policeman on patrol comes across a bloke in a ditch near a main road, acting suspiciously. The cop says, "Excuse me sir - what the hell are you doing?"

The man says, "I'm murdering Paul Keating."

So the policeman goes over and helps him .
